I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to my loved ones, especially my wife, for her unwavering support throughout my journey. 

Growing up in Saint Paul, MN, I witnessed many hardworking individuals striving for success, but they all shared one thing in common – they didn't take time out for themselves. 

I realized that achieving balance in life is fundamental to happiness and so I joined the US MARINE CORPS to learn Honor, Courage, and Commitment, which became the foundation of my character. 

Now retired, I believe that finding a balance between working to live and living to work is essential to enjoying life. My talent for massage therapy allows me to help people heal, which I consider a calling. 

When I'm not helping people, I enjoy swimming, playing video games, meditating, and spending time with my family.
